Payments: For regular hiring use, payment will be due, for the whole period booked, on the date of the 2nd session. Full payment at time of booking for all occasional and single hiring use. Cancellations charges: 50% of session cost will be retained by WVHMC (Welburn Village Hall Management Committee) if less than 3 weeks notice given. 20% of session cost will be retained by WVHMC if more than 3 weeks notice given. Welburn Village Hall
This superb new venue is the ideal place to hold your next event and ensure that it’s a great success.
The Main Hall has a total capacity of 150 people for private functions such as wedding receptions, family parties or group social events. In theatre style the hall can seat up to 96 people or 60 in cabaret style. Recent additions to the Main Hall include improved sound proofing and controllable ambient lighting.
The smaller Meeting Room can be hired together with, or separately from the Main Hall. Comfortably seating up to 20 people theatre style or 14 around the meeting table the Meeting Room is perfect for smaller gatherings.
The Village Hall also has a modern, well equipped kitchen; male and female WC’s plus shower and all areas have been designed with disabled access in mind.

Welburn Lucky Numbers Club
Improvements to the Village Hall are supported by a Lucky Numbers Club.
A maximum of 100 numbers are included in the monthly draw and half the subscriptions are returned as prizes. In October 2009 £175 was distributed in prizes. Each number costs £5 per month.
